2- Order Placement:
Whenever you are making a customer order, you will have to make full payment of your order. The payment can be made through phone or in person at the shop or even on our-website.
For online payments, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 1 hours of receipt of payment.
3- Deals & Reduce Pricing
All reduced prices and deals will be offered on first come and first served basis.
4- Out Of Stock Policy
If an item is out of stock for sometime, MaMa Fluffy will try to prepare it at its earliest. Just in case, if it is not possible for MaMa Fluffy then it reserves the right to decline any order.
5- Account Information
– The United Arab Emirates is our Country of Domicile. The Laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and the Terms of Use, without regards to conflict of laws principals. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
– We accept payment by Gpay, Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED for its products
– Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website
– Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules
– User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account
